Our client is a southern German company with a long history that specializes in the development, construction and trading of machines, software and consumables in advertising technology and textile finishing and is active in forty countries.

We are looking for a motivated person as part of a long-term outsourcing project to support the German team from Bulgaria as a

Technical Support Expert

on a long-term basis.

Your tasks:

  • First-Level-Support by phone, mail and via the ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues (First Level) for hardware and software
  • Escalate issues to technical department with constructive reporting if necessary
  • Support in complaint management
  • Taking care of warranty cases
  • Respond to questions related to Sales and forward them to the person in charge
  • Basic consultation services

Your profile:

  • You enjoy the direct contact with our clients
  • Positive and helpful attitude
  • Experienced with telephone support (mandatory)
  • Very interested in technical aspects of hardware and software aspects of machines
  • A technical degree or education will be considered as a plus
  • Fluent in English language (written and spoken), German language skills would be a plus
  • Readiness for occasional trips to Germany for product training
