Country Manager

For that goal we are seeking a versatile and dedicated

Country Manager

to join their team in Bulgaria (from their Sofia office or online).

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage the Bulgarian team, including Curriculum Specialists, Training Specialists, and Teachers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Bulgarian team and HQ.
  • Support the team in curriculum development and training programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the heads of the Curriculum and Training Departments to ensure alignment with the company’s standards and objectives.
  • Teach online classes to gain deeper insights into the company’s products and teaching methodology.
  • Observe and evaluate classes to understand how the company’s curricula are applied in practice.
  • Travel to HQ in Boston, Massachusetts, at least once a year for ongoing training and development.
  • Hybrid work model

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; a high school diploma combined with advanced knowledge of mathematics will also be considered.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required. Experience managing teams is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A strong desire to lead and develop a team of math specialists to provide exceptional education to students on the online educational platform.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Analytical thinking and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Critical and creative problem-solving abilities.

Head of Sales

with a strong understanding of the Bulgarian metallurgical industry’s dynamics, trends, and customer needs for their office in Sofia (close to Bulgaria Blvd.).

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, managing, and supporting the work of the commercial department to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company objectives.
  • Managing, planning, and supervising all daily operative sales activities to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with business partners, fostering trust, and ensuring alignment with mutual goals.
  • Leading efforts to acquire new customers in the domestic markets.
  • Conducting regular visits to existing and potential customers to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics or related field; candidates with relevant commercial management experience from other educational backgrounds are also welcome.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience, with a strong focus on sales management, particularly in the metallurgical or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively in achieving ambitious goals.
  • Exceptional sales, communication, and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills, reliability, and a professional, proactive approach.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take on higher responsibilities with confidence.
  • Passion for leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate the sales team to excel.
  • Willingness and readiness to work in an international team, including frequent travel to meet customers and partners.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
  • Valid B-category driving license with a willingness to travel extensively as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for all plant functions (production, logistics, production planning, maintenance, quality, process technology, HR, finance)
  • Leadership of a entity with several hundred employees
  • Assurance of daily delivery capability to clientele.
  • Monitoring and regulation of KPIs.
  • Identification of bottlenecks and quality issues with the timely implementation of a goal-oriented problem-solving process.
  • You coordinate regularly and purposefully with the HQ functions and other production plants on operational and strategic content

Profile:

  • Knowledge in processes such as milling, turning, broaching, welding, and assembly.
